About Us
I started my Real Estate career in 1994, when a change in career path led me from Southern Wisconsin to the Northwoods. A High School graduate of Abbot Pennings in De Pere WI, I obtained degrees from UW Oshkosh & Marian University. After some time working in the Environmental industry, I realized my true passion was in Real Estate. I jumped into becoming a Broker Associate in 1994, then started up Big Fish Realty in 2004 where I remained the broker/owner until I found the Redman Realty Group family in 2013. My passion for walking my clients through every aspect of a Real Estate transaction, and ensuring their happiness with their decisions was a great fit with the Redman Realty Group’s business practice. For 30 years now Minocqua and the surrounding communities have been my home. I have raised my own family here to have an appreciation for the Northwoods. Hunting, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, skiing, canoeing & boating are just a few things that we enjoy together. I take pride in my connection to the area, and my extensive understanding of our Real Estate market. This is reflected with consistently being ranked in the top 2% of agents for sales-units/volume in the Northern Wisconsin MLS. Whether you are in need of selling, or ready to purchase your residential or vacation home, I have the established record to help you through the entire process to ensure that you accomplish your goals.

Born and raised in the Fox Valley, I attended college in Minneapolis where I enjoyed city life until I met Pat in 2001. Believe it or not, I purchased a beautiful parcel of land on the Tomahawk River in Minocqua, and he was the listing agent. Always drawn to Minocqua, I grew up vacationing in the area & enjoying all of the natural resources that it offered. Shortly after we met, I re-located to the Northwoods where I have made it my home for the past 23 years. I began working with Pat in 2018, when the opportunity arose for me to fill a vacant Administrative Assistant position. Although data entry & marketing are my primary rolls, what I enjoy most about this position is my interaction that I have with his clients. When a decision is made that it is time to purchase or sell, it is about more than just “the home”. I pride myself in understanding life’s events that play a role in the decision and work hard to understand what the client’s needs are. Often giving guidance and support options to get the home show ready, and when it comes to closings, someone needs to put together those pretty little closing gifts! On a personal note-I feel fortunate to have raised my three children in an area I love. When I am not in the office, I spend my time finding a quiet beach, camping or looking for the best place to see live music.
